Prof. Sim Wai Chew

The Associate Professor of English in the School of Humanities at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, is no stranger to Southeast Asian literature. He is the co-editor of Island Voices: A Collection of Short Stories from Singapore and British-Asian Fiction: Framing the Contemporary. He also recently authored an English translation of a Singapore Sinophone novel titled Exile or Pursuit, and his research interests include Postcolonial Literature and Comparative Literature.
